Frequently asked questions:

Can pets stay? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to our ponies which are onsite and the farm animals in nearby fields.

Can Children stay? We currently only take Two Adults per Cabin.

Do you allow stag/hen parties? Sorry no. Our USP is for our guests to have a quiet and relaxing stay, peace and tranquility is the theme.

What time is check in and check out? Check In at 4pm and Check Out at 10am.

Is there parking? Yes, private parking is on site.

Does each Cabin have their own Bath Tub? Yes. Punch Tree Lodge (Brown cabin) has a Wood Burning Hot Tub and Copper Beech (Green cabin) has an Outdoor Bath Tub. Each takes TWO adults comfortably!

Do you have any shared areas? Yes, there are secluded hidden seating areas around the grounds for guests to enjoy. You can browse the 5.5 acres of Garden. Rolling Green Lawns, Wildlife, Incredible Trees and Spot the Shetlands!

Are the Cabins private? Yes, each Cabin has their own seating/eating/dining/bathing area. You can wander through the 5.5 acres or private gardens. Our family home is on sight, but we respect your privacy at all times. It’s sometimes good to have us nearby for any requests!

Do you supply any Extras for us to enjoy? Yes, you can add: Wood, Spa Package, Hot Tub Pre-light Service and more from our Shop. Please refer to our Shop to buy in advance. Any other requests, please let us know!

Where is the nearest town for shopping? Carluke is 3 miles away, Lanark 8 miles away, Hamilton is 9 miles.

Where are the nearest eateries? You can walk (0.8 miles) to the Local Garden Centres, such as ‘Goudling’s’ for breakfast, lunch and some shopping! You can drive to Crossford to ‘The Tillie Bar & Bistro’ for home-cooked meals and drinks or Carluke for an Indian meal at ‘Taal’. How do we contact you during our Stay: You can reach us by phone/text between the hours of 8am/8pm, unless it’s an emergency.
